HamptonsDirect.com Inc., Terms of Service

1. All Renters and Property Owners/Rental Agents/Share Agents assume responsibility for rental agreements signed or agreed upon between the Renter and the Property Owners/Rental Agents/Share Agents. Qualification of all Renters is the sole responsibility of the Property Owners/Rental Agents/Share Agents.

2. HamptonsDirect.com assumes no responsibility for rental agreements between said parties and does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained in any of the web pages published here.

3. The Property Owner/Rental Agent/Share Agent providing content to HamptonsDirect.com hereby warrants that they are the owner of all such content or have sufficient rights to publish the supplied content. This ownership includes the rights to all photography, text descriptions, trademarks or other material provided. In the case of any dispute over rights to this on-line material, the Property Owner/Rental Agent/Share Agent shall be solely responsible for all liability and costs associated with settling any said dispute.

4. If HamptonsDirect.com is unable to provide the promised level of service to the Property Owner/ Rental Agent/Share Agent for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither HamptonsDirect.com nor its owners can be held liable for any costs beyond reimbursement on a pro-rata basis during the seven day guarantee period, for the services which were not provided.

5. HamptonsDirect.com reserves the right to remove a property listing for any reason and refund the remaining prorated portion of the listing fee.
